Designers
Both Ruby on Rails UI/UX and classical graphic design. Knowledge of web-based direct response marketing and conversion tactics is preferred.
Developers
Our development is primarily Ruby on Rails-based, but we also have frequent need for development in other web and application technologies. Ability to write clean, elegant code is a must.
Traffic and Social Media Experts
Both organic SEO and pay-per-click. Responsibilities would include both on-site and off-site search optimization, creating and optimizing online advertising campaigns, and continually increasing traffic and conversions to multiple websites.
Customer Service
We're always looking for A-Players to provide ultra-friendly, knowledgeable, responsive service to our growing member base. Technical competency is a must.
Real Estate Investors
You'd work with our partner company, Real Freedom Properties, with involvement in the entire deal lifecycle. Responsibilities would include outbound sales calls to buyers and sellers, negotiation, determining value, and making multiple offers daily. Knowledge of the FreedomSoft web app is preferred, but can be easily acquired.
