Customer Service Rep

FreedomSoft, a US based software publishing company located in Westminster, CO.

We offer a suite of products including online training such as downloadable PDF manuals, video and audio training courses and subscription based software for real estate investors.

If you have a natural “kindness” and know how to smile through the phone and on email, this might be the right position for you.

We are looking for a full-time Customer Support Rep to join our Support Team and work either from our Westminster, CO office, or remotely.  This position interacts directly with our customers on a daily basis assisting them both during and after purchasing a product.

You must be proficient on the computer and have naturally excellent written and verbal communication.  A working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word is a must and you have to be a quick learner of our software CRM which you will support.

Job Summary:

> Interact with customers via tickets in our support center and over the phone

> Help customers trouble shoot and gain access to products they’ve purchased

> Onboard customers to help them begin using software they’ve purchased

> Track open tickets, follow-up as needed and work to resolve any issues

> Be the friendly voice of the company in all communication with customers

We’re a small team of about 10 and we need another AWESOME person to join our team and work with our customers.

We all work well together and have fun doing what we do.

We’re pretty sure you won’t get bored and we’ll help you learn everything we do.
