Customer Success Manager

FreedomSoft, a US based software publishing company located in Westminster, CO is looking for the right person to step in as our Customer Success Manager.

In addition to our subscription based software for real estate investors, we offer a suite of products including online training such as downloadable PDF manuals, video, and audio training courses.

If you are metrics-driven and you have a natural ability to lead both an internal team and our customers to success, this might be the right position for you.

We are looking for a full-time Customer Success Manager to join our Team and work from our Westminster, CO office (remote work may be considered for the right candidate).

This position offers a unique blend of emphasis on both customer interaction and helping our team and our customers achieve data-driven results. The Customer Success Manager interacts directly with our customers on a daily basis to help them get the results they want from our software and training materials.

You must be proactive and know how to execute to get results.

You must be a natural leader, a self-starter, and an innovative thinker, as this is a leadership role. You must be excited about growing and leading a team of customer success representatives and tracking their performance as well as your own.

We’re seeking someone who is proficient on the computer and has naturally excellent written and verbal communication. A working knowledge of the tools in Google Drive is a must and you have to be a quick learner of our software CRM.

Job Summary:

> Interact with customers via email and over the phone

> Help customers pinpoint and achieve their desired outcome

> Be proactive by taking action that will reduce churn and grow our User base 

> Be the friendly voice of the company in all communication with customers

> Grow and lead a team of customer success representatives 

> Track KPIs to measure and improve the performance of the customer success team

We’re a small team of about 10 and we need another AWESOME person to join us in our mission. This is not a customer support role although you will work with our support team.

We all work well together and have fun doing what we do. We’re pretty sure you won’t get bored.

If you have a track-record of customer success and want to get out of “big corporate” control, this could be a fun and exciting career change for you. We’re looking for someone who has 3+ years of experience working in Customer Success at a software company.
