I’m looking for someone with 3 to 5+ years of experience as a marketing pro to manage our offer creation, copywriting, creative teams, marketing automation, website / sales funnel design, internal team and outside agencies.

The successful candidate must have:

LEADERSHIP: You must be able to lead a marketing team
Direct response copywriting (problem, pain, solution)
Digital marketing and online lead generation
Ability to measure, track, and report on marketing KPIs
An eye for design - even if you're not the designer
Experience w/ WordPress & other drag-n-drop page builders
Using results to beat and optimize conversion rates
Getting things done on-time and in budget
Organization and the ability to stay organized
Excellence in both written and verbal communication
